We are assisting a global organisation with a strong footprint across Asia in hiring a **Regional Audit Executive/Auditor**to strengthen its internal controls and risk framework. This is a strategic role within the group’s regional function, offering broad exposure to operations in fast-growing markets and the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders.

**What You’ll Do**
- Perform comprehensive internal reviews and risk-based audits across various business units in the region.
- Support the development and execution of audit plans tailored to regional operations.
- Analyse the effectiveness of internal controls and evaluate adherence to corporate policies and industry standards.
- Pinpoint key operational risks and provide practical recommendations to improve systems, governance, and control processes.
- Collaborate with business units to understand evolving risks and assist in enhancing business resilience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A degree in a relevant discipline; additional internal audit certifications (e.g. CIA) are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 6 years' professional experience, with at least 3 years in internal audit within a regional or multinational setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and identify control gaps.
- Sound understanding of commercial operations—prior exposure to the supply chain or logistics industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver clear and insightful audit reports and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and adaptable, able to manage audit cycles independently.
- Open to regional travel, including to developing markets such as India, Indonesia, and Pakistan.
