**Responsibilities**
- Monitor compliance with Civil Aviation Authority requirements.
- Execute Quality Audit program (Internal Audits, Supplier Audits).
- Coordinate External Audits by Civil Aviation Authorities and Customers.
- Control and administration of Capability List.
- Conduct Quality Investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct quality related training (Induction training, Continuation Training etc.).
- Assess sub-contractors for extension of quality system.
- Assess external specialist services required to be used by the company in the performance of maintenance.
- Assess suppliers of new and used components, and materials, for satisfactory product quality.
- Execution of Quality System and Safety Management System.
- Review and amendment of Exposition Manuals and Quality Manuals.
- Collate Quality Metrics and analyze quality data.
- Control and administration of Personnel Authorization System.
- Coordinate and conduct Controlled Build process reviews.
- Drive PFMEA creation and risk mitigation.
- Review First Article Inspection.
- Assure proper execution of all forms, tags and signing authorized release certificates.
- Assure proper tagging and identification of all parts and components. Senior QA Engineers are to guide and manage their respective assigned sections in alignment with the QA department’s responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or any related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in aviation industry in a quality assurance environment.
- Knowledge of basic gas turbine engine and aviation regulatory requirement.
- Competent in quality auditing and conducting training.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills, keen learner, and strong team-player.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management. Able to multi-task, work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
