Branding and Marketing Executive

We are looking for motivated and mindful team players to join our growing company on a full-time basis.

You will be involved in branding, marketing, and creative related work such as shooting and editing photos and videos for web and social media, copywriting, social media calendar management, designing marketing collaterals, sourcing and working with partners, visual merchandising for brand storytelling and more, depending on the needs of the business.

You will get to learn about and be part of the creative process behind building an authentic beauty company that is enjoyed by many, and be part of the process of enabling better skin health and building a community through storytelling and activities. You will also be part of a close-knit team that is sincere, respectful, and interested in building up one another, while caring for your growth and well-being.

**RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)**:

- Conceptualize, develop, and execute our brands' (RE:ERTH skincare and Turmeron Joint) marketing activities across all channels with a consistent brand tone and voice
- Manage content calendars and creative assets
- Write product copy, captions, and longer form blog posts
- Shoot and edit photos and videos for web and social media
- Maintain brand standards and help evolve visual systems
- Systematic archiving of all creative assets
- Support larger branding campaigns and business operations where required

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in Arts, Communications, Marketing, or any other related fields
- Min. 2 years working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
- Proficient in photography and relevant editing software
- Self-starter who is able to work independently and be a team player in a start-up environment
- Possess a keen eye for detail, creativity, and an interest in health & beauty, lifestyle, and trends
- Positive work ethic: Efficient, responsible, trustworthy
- Able to handle multiple projects and meet timelines
- Good command of English
