- ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide creative ideas, branding, and visual solutions for a variety of media - from print to video to digital.
- Create graphic and art materials for use across video, print, digital, and social.
- Manage the brand repository Brand Central and contribute to development of brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize, design and build compelling PowerPoint presentations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS/ LEVEL OF AUTHORITY
- Provide creative ideas, branding, and visual solutions for a variety of media - including print, video and digital
- Manage the brand repository ‘Brand Central’ and contribute to the development of design and branding guidelines
- Create powerful business pitches and presentations
- Create graphic and art materials for use across video, print, digital, and social
- Able to manage setting, lighting, filming, and editing of small video projects (conceptualise, film, edit and produce video content for these projects)
- Produce a wide range of multimedia content (video graphics, infographics, corporate publications, website graphics, internal and external promotional collateral, and editing)
- Work creatively and collaboratively with internal and external parties to deliver engaging and effective multimedia content
- Construct storyboards for approval and development
- Editing, coloring grading and other post-production requirements.

In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:
Knowledge/Experience:

- Advanced PowerPoint, InDesign and illustrator skills essential; Prezi, Keynote, HTML & CSS at a basic level desirable
- Experience as a video editor with competence in Adobe Creative Suite products (Premiere Pro, Photoshop and AfterEffects).
- A minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Familiarity with using digital camera equipment for stills
- Experience with videography for media productions; including camera operation, lighting design and equipment set up
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work to very specific briefs and guidelines, while also adding value to creative process with new concepts and ideas
- Creative campaign conceptualizing skills
- Ability to tell a visual story
- Experience in social media and online campaigns
- Thorough knowledge of print design requirements
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- UI / Web design / Adobe Muse experience desirable.

Qualifications - _Education and/or professional_
- Tertiary qualification in Multimedia, Fine Art, or related discipline
