**What the role is**
- As an intern with the Youth Leadership team, you will be supporting the team in the area of social media management for the INSPIRIT LinkedIn Group and Profile and Telegram group. Some of the key tasks will include supporting the planning and implementation of digital engagements on social media. The intern wll also engage in copywriting and content creation for the INSPIRIT social media accounts, and data analysis/performance evaluation.
INSPIRIT is a community of young working professionals and leaders in the workforce (between 25-35), who will advocate for youth interest on community and national issues. INSPIRIT is a joint initiative by the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) and National Youth Council (NYC) and was officially launched in 2012.

**What you will be working on**
- Scope and responsibilities
- Support the ideation, planning and implementation of the social media and community engagement strategies — i.e. to assist with the sourcing of profiles/features, designing and posting of content while aligning to the agreed-upon content schedule;
- Support the approving of posts, and the creation of simple posts (e.g. sharing of event blurbs) and content as necessary;
- Support the community’s engagement on LinkedIn via commenting, sharing of posts, and ensuring a steady stream of engagement between youth leaders on the closed group and profile;
- Support tracking, identification and recruitment of potential members through profile connections for INSPIRIT or other NYC networks; and
- Support sentiment-tracking (e.g. through survey); and relay weekly community sentiments and feedback to the team as required.
- Support ad-hoc engagement work by the team as necessary.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- Some knowledge, skills and experience in social media accounts management, digital content generation, graphic design & illustration, writing for publicity or communications background would be advantageous.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, willing to learn and able to work with short timelines.

Minimum internship period of 12 weeks.
