- Undertake clerical task such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
- Accounts Payable/Receivables - making sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Submit documents and cheques to bank
- Provide Administrative support in daily operations - Taking Orders, Arranging Delivery, Generating PO, Quotation, Delivery Note, Invoice, SOA, Balance Stock Etc.
- Bi-Monthly Stock Take (Once Every 2 Months)
- Take charge of Online orders - packing.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:

- At Least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $1,800.00 to $2,200.00 /month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
