**Responsibilities
HR
- Develop training framework for staff across all CWS services and programmes
- Manage daily staff matters such as leave, grievances, claims, etc.
- Formulate job descriptions for new hires along with hiring managers
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Assist in managing staff exit processes
- Updating of HR policies and staff handbooks where necessary
- Assist supervisor in any other HR related activities/duties

Admin
- Writing of minutes of meetings when required by supervisor
- Assist with formulation of policies, tenders, etc. where necessary
- Assist and/or organise company events such as dinner and dance, teambuilding, etc.
- Any other administrative duties assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or Admin
- Team player, diligent, responsible and able to work independently
- Positive attitude
- Passion for the non-profit sector
