We aim to save companies significant time and cost in hiring while achieving the highest level of objectivity, ultimately enhancing retention, loyalty and person to job and organization fit. Through our AI and Machine Learning capabilities, we can source, score and rank talent to identify the best talent for each organization. X0PA AI has recently launched X0PA ROOM, an AI enabled hybrid video interviewing and assessment platform.

**Job Summary**

The Product Manager is an exciting role that works in the intersection between all business units to determine product strategy, competitive intelligence, and contributing to the pricing and design for our suite of products.

Your mission is to continuously understand the digital customer needs and come up with products that fit their needs and align with company plans and resources

**Job Responsibility**
- Driving the strategy and direction of X0PA’s suite of products
- Collaborate closely with other business functions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Engineering and Data Science to bring solutions to the customer’s problem
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and product changes
- Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
- Advocate for quality engineering solutions and architectural designs and strike a healthy balance between system scalability and localisation.
- Maintain and improve existing features, experiment, and launch new features.
- Drive performance excellency of your product through rigorous data analysis, from measuring impact and testing hypothesis, to conceptualising and executing features based on the data insights.
- Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.

- Strong passion to innovate and build game-changing products while solving hard problems
- Do-whatever-it-takes attitude working in small teams, with limited resources and tight deadlines
- Comfort with ambiguity, strong bias towards action, ability to drive independent research and quickly deliver capabilities that drive customer value
- Strong communicator (verbal/written) with a open mindset towards collaboration and transparency
- Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one/more of the following: SaaS, enterprise
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Cloud infrastructure, software as a service, big data, security and privacy, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
