Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide information about features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM system
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Provide after-sales support, including handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing returns.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Singapore certified diploma and above.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Customer service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of retail point of sale systems and inventory management is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
