Supply Chain Planner

**- Skilfully execute best practices in supply planning, replenishment, and stock exit action to maintain an optimum balance between stock holding and on-shelf availability for the online channels.
- Ensure inventory data integrity across systems in the online order fulfillment process.
- Liaise seamlessly with key internal teams-including financial, marketing commercial, IT, logistics, and external 3PL providers and suppliers - throughout to provide timely replenishment and planning actions/insights for all sales promotions events.
- Reconcile inventory as needed
- Provide analytical decision support as directed
- Report KPIs on Inventory, supplier PO fulfillment, Last-Mile Delivery, and forecast accuracy
- Participate in special projects - with in-function & cross-functional teams
- and provide leadership and expertise when called for.
- Responsible for developing systematic processes and exception-based tools to deliver reliable product supply results.
- Conduct and performance periodic cycle counts and stock take.
- Monitor, coordinate and ensure that physical inventory reconcile with system record and carry out the investigation should there be any stock discrepancy
- Ensure adequate records and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain a high standard of inventory control
- Ensure orders are placed on time, shipments are on schedule & documentation from affiliates and/or suppliers is supplied in full on time.
- Ensure demand forecast and purchase orders are captured in the planning system, including the master data maintenance such as lead times, MOQ, sourcing information, safety stocks, etc.
- Pro-actively communicate with all stakeholders (Affiliates/Suppliers, Regional warehouse, Shipping Forwarder, Peers, etc) to ensure smooth and thorough flow processes.
- Support KPI tracking by monitoring & assessing service levels from affiliates, suppliers & service providers & provide suggestions for process improvements
- Involve the weekly and monthly planning.
- Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential customer interruptions.
- Review, update, and maintain purchase and sales orders until they are closed.
- Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
- Work with finance and logistics staff in resolving receiving and invoice discrepancies.
- Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
- Support markets with any documents needed for regulatory support and customs clearance, Certificate of Origin
- Creation of purchase orders, entry of purchase invoices and goods receipt, entry of other stock out in SAP and Global Supply Chain Management systems.
- Assist in company seminars on Saturdays when required.

**Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain and logistics environment
- Comprehensive understanding of how the supply chain works and the associated risks necessary
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Supply Planning team & others toward a common goal.
- Proficient in the use of quantitative methods to analyze situations and solve business problems
- Proficiency with MS Office required, intermediate MS Excel required; advanced Excel helpful
- Familiar with SAP systems and data visualization software
- Relevant working experience, preferably someone with experience in shipping coordination.
- Great working attitude, meticulous, and willing to learn.
- Team player who can work well across teams under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
- Accuracy and ability to pay close attention to detail
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Resourceful, Multitask & Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Able to liaise and communicate in English and Chinese.
