**Who We Are**:
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the planning, implementation, upgrading, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and systems of our organisation. You will ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure, as well as plan and implement IT projects, policies, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage the organisation's network infrastructure
- Ensure the security and reliability of network systems, including firewalls, routers, and switches
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of servers and storage systems
- Conduct regular assessments of network and systems performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Develop, maintain and implement organisation's business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- First level technical support and troubleshooting for network and systems issues and work closely with outsourced IT operations/supports vendors for speedy recovery.
- Ensure compliance to guidelines and regulations for security of data storage and data transmission
- Review and implement IT policies and procedures to comply with standard requirements
- Manage/Maintain servers, network and internet links

**Qualifications**:

- Required language(s): English
- At least 6 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably IT Manager specialized in IT Infra, System, Network, Security and Database Admin or equivalent.
- Knowledge and Experience with server virtualisation, cloud computing, and storage solutions will be a plus factor.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE) are a plus
