Singapore NESTLE R&D CENTER (PTE) LTD Full time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide Financial Analytical support, ensure timely and accurate financial information are made available to to support managment decision making on OPEX optimization, allocation and priorization. Ensure compliance to NAS and NIBS, as well as Singapore statutory reporting compliance.
- Ensure timely and accuracy of financial and management reporting (e.g. budget, forecasting, controlling, reporting).
- Drives towards excellence in finance management by proposing lean processes where possible and ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place. Monitors the efficiency of the financial processes and coordinates the execution of Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Manage accounting activities (e.g. third party and affiliates billing, VAT, accounts reconciliation and period end closing).
- Implement and maintain finance related tools and systems (e.g. GLOBE), cost centres, financial dashboard, and any others as identified.
- Provide financial information and supports when needed by R&D Singapore Leadership and CT-F&C.
- Raise issues which may have a negative impact to the management of the budget e.g. incorrect PRs POs raised. Follow up with those responsible to support continuous improvement.
- Advice on roles and responsibilities as it relates to SAP set up to respect the seprataion of duties matrix.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other members of the finance & control, IT and Portfolio Management.

**REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL LEVEL**:

- 5-10 years of sustainable high performance in a finance leadership position with international exposure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Graduate degree desirable, as well as CPA or equivalent.
- Experience in managing projects.
- Experience in different positions, preferably Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Control and/or Audit, Singapore Tax knowledge would be a plus, Knowledge if SAP FICO and/or purchasing work flow would also be a plus.
