Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are. **Join us and be part of the adventure of the century** **Responsibilities** - Serve as the central point of command within FMC, coordinating responses to critical system issues and managing communications with relevant stakeholders. - To identify the root cause for alarm/alert generated from the monitoring workstations. - Manage and lead a team of shift technicians in facility management and operation of the assigned site. - Plan and execute with relevant teams or contractors of the corrective maintenance. - Provide positive and professional working relationship with internal team and stakeholders/clients. - Work collaboratively as part of a team within the Fault Management Centre and with other departments. - On daily basis, to follow up on anomalies or fault detected from the use of BMS/working monitoring workstations (critical system such as HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm etc) - Collaborate and communicate effectively all facilities team, providing updates on system health. - Track and analyse recurring faults or issues in BMS and other monitoring systems to identify patterns. - Use trend date to provide insights on system vulnerabilities and potential areas for improvement. - Work with preventive maintenance team to implement preventive measures to reduce fault occurrence **Requirements**: - Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management or related field. - 3-5 years experience in building or facilities management, preferably with exposure to BMS, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm systems. - Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose faults. - Ability to work independently and response to incidents calmly and efficiently. - Excellent communication skills and attention to details. - Willingness to work in shift patterns. - Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviors **When you join ENGIE, you will have access to**: - The opportunity to have a meaningful job where you can make a differenc - A career management plan with opportunities to grow in an international environment - Attractive and competitive package - Dynamic and inclusive work environmen - Continuously evolve as a professional, coupled with a variety of training opportunitie **Business Unit**:GBU Energy Solutions **Division**:ESI AMEA - South East Asia - Singapore **Legal Entity**:ENGIE Services Singapore Pte.
