**Job Purpose**:
The **Driver & Barista (Events Support)**combines safe and efficient driving with barista duties for our coffee events. The employee plays a key role in keeping our cafés and events running smoothly. The employee also helps with logistics such as restocking supplies and transporting equipment, while also representing Foreword Coffee as a barista at corporate and community events.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Driving & Logistics**
- Deliver weekly café restocks (coffee beans and supplies) to outlets.
- Pack and prepare items for café restocks and event setups.
- Transport coffee carts, brewing equipment, and supplies to event sites.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving and organizing equipment.Ensure safe and responsible driving of the company van, maintaining cleanliness and upkeep.

**Barista & Event Support**
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee at corporate and community events.
- Engage customers with friendly service.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations.Support café operations where necessary.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Valid Class 3 driving licence (required).
- Safe, responsible, and punctual driver with a good record.
- Physically fit to handle event setup and lifting items (up to 20-25kg).
- Valid food hygiene certificate.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented.
- Willing to work one weekend day per week.
- Prior F&B or barista experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
