**Your day in the life**

The Operation Director is responsible for leading, guiding and directing all operational areas to ensure successful achievement of operational objectives. They must create operational plans that fully align with the organizations’ overall strategic plan, while maintaining a focus on operational effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge to oversee the daily operations within departments or divisions.
- Develop, implement and maintain operation goals, policies, and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Monitor and respond to feedback from staff and customers to ensure product and service quality are meeting expectations
- Analyze and evaluate operations data to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Liaise with business units and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Optimize systems, technology, and resources to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient operation
- Oversee the management of budgets and resources to ensure operation remains within planes expenditure
- Work closely with senior management on the development and execution of a strategic business plan
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages and nurtures creativity, teamwork and collaboration

**About you**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
- At least 10 years of relevant experiences in operation and senior leadership role
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
- Proficiency in English and bilingual in Mandarin preferred as you are required to work closely with the Chinese counterpart
