We are seeking a highly motivated Murex Back Office Accounting Consultant with a strong knowledge and experience in the client side:

- Analyze and manage business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
- Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and fuctional requirements.
- Capturing, specifying and documenting business requirements for implementation for the Back Office and Accounting Team.
- Work with different IT Teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
- Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders
- Coordinate and validate Back Office and Accounting stream testing and test cases during UAT(s)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the financial industry on treasury products with relevant experience in business analysis and project implementation
- Strong understanding of Back Office & Accounting concepts of below treasury products
- FX Derivatives, IR Derivatives, EQ Derivatives
- FX Cash, Fixed Income and Money market
- Commodities
- Effective team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
- Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
- Proven stakeholder management skills in interactions with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience working with MUREX (v3) on
- XVA/ PFE Engine
- Static Data - Counterparty, Bonds, Ratings
- Accounting Rules/ Filters / EOD
- Simple/Dynamic/Formula Accounts
- Trade Booking
- Datamart Reports
- Understanding of Front to back Trade Life Cycle
- Understanding of Accounting Schemas for various asset classes
- Strong technical background
