By analyzing the core data metrics to identify and analyze the problem of the business with providing the potential improvement direction; 2. Analyze the traffic of life services creators, diagnose the core problems, output the traffic optimization plan, promote the implementation of the plan, promote the optimization of the traffic structure and conversion efficiency of life services as a whole, and be responsible for the overall traffic of life services creators; 3. Conduct C-end user research, deeply explore the consumption motivations and obstacles of various types of users in different scenarios and cities, plan and implement solutions, and assist in tuning content strategies. **Requirements**: 1. English can be used as working language, bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of Internet-related work experience, with product/algorithm side strong linkage project is preferred; 2. Have independent thinking and strategic ability, super execution ability, good logic, language and written expression ability, familiar with content analysis and research methods; 3. good professional habits, a high degree of professionalism and work responsibility, self-management awareness and strong resistance to pressure; 4. Can independently complete data extraction and analysis, can propose improvement directions based on analysis conclusions, have relevant work experience such as Data Analysis/modeling, SQL is must.
