**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Lead the agile team as product owner, to deliver the product roadmap aligned to the strategic KPIs
- Drive and execute digital projects for Inflight Services (e.g. inflight scheduling system, galley planning tool, data analytics etc)
- Define and prioritize product roadmap based on business value
- Collaborate closely with users to identify IT requirements, desired outcome and justifications
- Create user stories, prepare/perform user acceptance test and manage rollout plan
- Review suitability and sustainability of solution proposed by the IT developers
- Track development progress to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project, within budget
- Manage communications on change management/training
- Work with IT developers to resolve any system issues expeditiously
- Perform business process redesign to streamline/optimize processes
- Devise and maintain detailed documentation
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:

- Possess a good bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or Engineering
- Good project management experience
- Keen interest in digital product development
- Meticulous and organised in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to present/explain technical details to non-practitioners of IT
- Collaborative and adapt well to changing business environment
- Knowledge in Agile methodology, data analytics (e.g. Tableau), MS Power Platform is a plus, but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
