**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Aligned with Innovation Enabled:

- Assist in AI Solution Development: Support the design, training, and deployment of AI models for innovative teaching and learning solutions, enhancing personalization and engagement.
- Support IT Modernization Efforts: Work on automating processes and improving service delivery to achieve operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Aligned with User-Centric:

- Develop Employee-Focused Tools: Build and maintain AI-powered tools that assist employees in focusing on value-added tasks and improving productivity.
- Aligned with Data-Driven:

- Prepare and Process Data: Collect, clean, and preprocess data for machine learning and AI projects, ensuring accessibility and usability for decision-making.
- Contribute to Analytics and Insights: Assist in generating intelligent insights by developing and refining models for data analysis and reporting.
- Technical and Collaborative Responsibilities:

- AI Development and Maintenance: Write and maintain code for AI/ML models and pipelines, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Research and Experimentation: Explore emerging AI techniques and tools to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of AI workflows, model parameters, and project updates for future reference and team collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the AI Technical Lead and stakeholders across departments to ensure solutions meet business needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT role, with 1 to 2 years in AI and related fields.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or Google AI certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Python or R, with familiarity in ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Awareness of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience being a plus.
- Knowledge of data processing tools like SQL and familiarity with data preparation techniques for AI/ML models.
- Exposure to ETL pipelines and working with datasets from diverse sources.
- Demonstrated experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Problem-Solving: Logical and creative thinking to address challenges in AI implementation.
- Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Ethical Awareness: Understanding the basics of ethical AI practices, such as fairness and data privacy.
