**Job scope & Responsibilities** - Record accounting transaction - Prepares monthly management statement - Prepares AP payment - Provide data to external auditor & tax agent - Reconciling bank statement - Filing of GST return - Payroll & CPF submission - Responsible and overseeing & coordinating various administrative tasks - Oversee day-to day operations & office inventory - Answering phones call - Maintain personnel records - Update internal databases (i.e. record annual, sick leave etc) - Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance - Responsibilities of HR and Payroll function, ensure accurate and timely payment **Job Requirement**: - Degree in Accounting or HR or have gained sufficient accounting experience while working - At least 2 years of experience in Accounting / Finance or HR - Ideal to have knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and taxation - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word - Able to work independently with minimum supervision - Attention to detail and demonstrates a high level of accuracy in work - Willing to take additional company paid courses to further knowledge in Account / Finance and HR TAL Apparel is a leading figure in the global garment manufacturing industry, known for its dedication to innovation, sustainability, and exceeding customer expectations.
