**Job Scope**
- **Complaint Management**:Handle player complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy while investigating issues and providing appropriate resolutions to ensure player satisfaction.
- **Feedback Consolidation**:Collect, organize, and analyse player feedback and suggestions. This involves categorizing feedback based on common themes, prioritizing feature requests, and relaying insights to relevant teams, such as development or marketing.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of player interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Utilize this information to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of support efforts, and contribute to informed decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or technology-related environments.
- A genuine interest in gaming and a desire to support the gaming community.
- Fluency in English and basic Mandarin for effective communication with regional customers.
- Ability to read and type in English, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese is essential.
- Business understanding, logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
