**Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for technical leading team for AMS mobile development
- Ensure team adheres to best practices and coding standards
- Drive initiatives to adopt new technologies to aid AMS Mobile App testing and development
- Manage execution of projects & customer deliveries from start to end
- Share responsibilities to coordinate and execute project plans to meet the committed customer deadlines
- Learn & Support on day to day team management activities
- Be a role model to set highest standards in software development and encourage team to adopt new best practices
- Engage in database design & modelling
- Perform Unit, Integrated & Performance Tests
- Maintain high level of security standards and adhere to company standards
- Follow best coding practices & ensure all codes are in compliance to industry standards
- Follow Agile Methodology for development
- Co-ordinate with external teams
- Demonstrate positive & can do attitude
- Design technical solutions & specifications
- Understand requirements and draft detailed functional specifications.
- Convert functional specifications into technical solutions & specifications
- To learn about the existing legacy products and support existing customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline with equivalent work experience
- Expert in Hybrid Mobile App Development using Ionic Framework, Cordova, PhoneGap or equivalent
- Strong Front-end development skills (Aria Templates or Angular JS, HTML, CSS, or Bootstrap)
- Experience in building APIs/Web-services using Java, Spring Framework
- Experience in Native Mobile App development (using Swift or Java) is preferred
- Experience in delivery of entire mobile app life cycle
- Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Oracle database, REST, JMS, Active MQ, JUnit, JBoss, Apache
- Possess the knowledge Airport operations or background with Human Resource/ Staff Management Software will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and multi-cultural environment with high initiative
- Good team player and quick learner with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
