This role of a Premier Travel Services Consultant - Manager is at the executive level and will play an integral role in helping us deliver unparalleled travel experiences to our clients.

The Premier Travel Services Consultant - Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all travel and event-related services. Working together with the Directors, this role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the travel, hospitality, or events industry, who can drive our team towards excellence in service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and execution of sophisticated travel arrangements and events for groups and communities, ensuring top-notch service quality.
- Oversee logistics and clearance processes for all travel, guaranteeing seamless experiences for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to enhance service offerings.
- Drive the creation of innovative travel itineraries and events, setting new standards in the travel and events management industry.
- Manage and mentor a team of travel consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic planning and service enhancement.

**Desired Experience or Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Events Management, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the travel, hospitality, or events industry.
- Sabre GDS experience including ticketing.
- PowerSuite CRM experience

**Key Attributes or skills**
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and partners.
- A passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Some international travel may be required.
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) speaking at a high level will be highly regarded.
- Willing to work in the exciting space of a start-up company, we will build the plane as we fly it.
