[What the role is]

Senior Engineer/Engineer (Robotics Mechatronics)

**[What you will be working on]**
- Liaise and work with stakeholders to conceptualize robotic solutions that can be applied to the built environment sector
- Liaise and work with stakeholders to develop and deploy robotic solutions to the built environment sector
- Organize outreach activities to promote use of robotics solutions for the built environment sector
- Manage mechanical and electrical design, fabrication and assembly for robotic systems
- Supervise student training in robotic projects

**[What we are looking for]**
- Qualification in Robotics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in robotic projects, preferably in the built environment sector
- Experienced and skilled in using mechanical CAD software
- Skilled in 3D modelling and printing
- Experience in automation technologies
- Familiar with advanced manufacturing and industry 4.0 (i4.0) technologies
- Passionate about robotics
- Able to learn new skills and work independently
- Good proposal preparation skills
- Good written and oral communication skills.
