Yoga Studio Facilitator/administrator

Singapore Ambience Yoga Pte. Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitation of day to day studio operations.
- Planning, executing class and staff scheduling to meet daily operational needs.
- Coordination with Yoga Instructors with regards to daily class bookings.
- Preparation of the studio and taking of attendance before commencement of every class.
- Daily housekeeping of premises and disinfection of equipment.
- Various clerical, cashiering and administrative duties.
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by studio in-charge.

**Requirements**:

- Have a passion for wellness and holistic health
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office

and various social media platforms
- Experience working in either a gym or yoga studio environment is preferable
- Prior experience in handling online booking platforms will be advantageous
- Enjoys interacting with people and working as part of a team
- Possesses a professional and pleasant demeanour
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Fully vaccinated status of all staff, Yoga instructors and practitioners is mandatory. Daily housekeeping and sanitisation of premises and equipment is imposed.

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Clerical: 1 year (preferred)
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
