**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and optimize photolithography process for SAW and BAW fabrication.
- Take ownership and resolve complex lithography process issues, ensuring high yield and quality standards.
- Investigate and analyze root cause to problems with DMAIC systematic approach.
- Determine, implement, and improve Production Control Instruction (PCI) & Out of Control Plan (OCAP).
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and maintain process stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all continuous improvement activities.
- Teamwork with vendors and equipment engineers to evaluate and qualify lithography tools and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, chemicals, materials science, or a related field.
- Min 8 years of experience in lithography process engineering, preferably in HVM semiconductor environment.
- Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and SPC tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
