Senior Executive, Nbs Research

Nanyang Business School is a leading research-powered business school focusing on business education in a technology-driven world. Being part of the business school, the NBS Research & PhD Office provides research administration and support to promote research activities for the school effectively and efficiently.
The incumbent will be responsible to provide research administration for our researchers, support and facilitate research-related activities and reporting. The role will also be working closely with both our internal and external stakeholders in establishing research partnership and visibility of the school.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide research administration support to research activities and grants.
- Support research programme (PhD) and activities/events.
- Assist in procurement request and claims verification under office budgets.
- Manage and maintain research-related documentation, database, and systems.
- Assist in ad-hoc admin/research initiative of the office.
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma qualification, preferably with some experience in research grant administration or its equivalent.
- Good organisational, time management and planning skill to be able to multitask and work within tight deadlines.
- An independent worker as well as a team player with positive working attitude and work ethics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office Application and preferably tech savvy.
