- Provide administrative support for the training academy's operations.
- Assist to establish and publish the monthly training calendar.
- Liaise with Trade Partners’ training coordinators on training related matters and queries.
- Conduct trainings for Trade Partner’s training coordinators in the use of the online training management system.
- Facilitate training bookings and correspondences in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage and oversee the printing and issuance of training materials and resources.
- Liaise with external training providers for the delivery of training for staff and workers.
- Assist with the tracking of HSE training data and statistics and preparation of reports.
- Ensure all staff and contractor training records/data are maintained in a traceable and easily accessible manner.
- Data verification and assurance of the proper registration of personnel in the workplace and manpower management biometrics system.

**Qualifications**
Minimum Qualifications:

- Relevant experience with proven ability to deliver on assigned tasks
- Proven integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
