Job Title: Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Intern
Reports to: General Manager

U-like is a Household Goods Provider and Food Grocer. We specialise in food imports and exports and is the sole distributor for many Taiwanese brands in Singapore. Today, we are looking to expand and extend our reach to wider potential customers. Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for managing web portal and managing e-commerce channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Company Website etc.)
- Handle e-commerce online orders, printing and arranging for shipping
- Assist in development and implement e-commerce strategies with the General Manager for both B2B and B2C channels
- Assist in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
- Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance and promotional activities
- Prepare simple graphic / artwork for promotional campaigns
- Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects
- Responsible for customer inquiries on a day-to-day basis
- Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Minimum Requirements:
- Able to do basic adobe photoshop, illustration and editing
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media platforms
- Knowledge in E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee etc.
- Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
- Tech-Savvy
- Creative and resourceful
Schedule: TBD
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 44 per week
