**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the transfer of test solutions to suppliers.- Perform yield analysis and contribute to test process improvements.- Oversee test and stress results for product reliability as well as new package qualification.- Responsible for “Technical Product Knowledge” required to guide and support factory Test Engineers at subcontractor’s sites.- Supports production volume ramp for new product transfers in Asia test supplier sites.- Work closely with manufacturing subcontractors as well as internal Supplier Management Team in resolving product testing issues.- Track and report monthly and quarterly test yields to ensure conformance to planned targets.- Evaluate and manage product disposition when yield variances are reported.- Provide best-in-class product quality.- Provide remote debug and technical support to offshore factory sites.- Perform product RF validation on bench setup.- Integrate test instruments on bench setup into test program.
Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Qualifications:_- EE / Computer Engineering Bachelor with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience or Master Degree with reduced minimum years of experience required.-
- Work experience in a semiconductor / PCBA Manufacturing environment preferably as a Test Engineer and/or Product Engineer.-
- Strong understanding of ATE Test Programming principles, preferably with experience in RF, Mixed-Signal or MCU testing-
- Must have experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment - Teradyne, Flex, J750 preferred.-
- Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++, VB, MCU Assembly Language, PERL etc.-
- Advanced Bench Equipment Skills/ IC Application knowledge.-
- PCB Hardware design knowledge & RF signal process trouble shooting skills.-
- Ability to develop and implement process enhancements and improved efficiencies.-
- Good PCB Assembly and soldering skills-
- Excellent team working ability as self-motivation, innovation and individual contribution-
- Experience interfacing with suppliers to resolve quality and capability issues-
