[What the role is]

Oversee the administration of scholarship programmes and financing assistance schemes, ensuring that learners are provided with the necessary academic support and financial assistance.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Administer student guidance and support programmes including NYP scholarship programmes and financial assistance schemes.
- Organise scholarship ceremony and provide support during Open House event.
- Handle budgeting, statistics and digital content updates.
- Address enquiries and offer advisory support relating to scholarships. programmes and financial assistance schemes.
- Drive digitalisation initiatives to achieve the strategic goals.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Some work experience in similar or related area is preferred.
- Proactive, strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to details.
- Good interpersonal, communications (oral & written) skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, adept at problem-solving and analysis
- Strong IT literacy and versatile in spreadsheet tools.
