The company is a leading engineering and construction firm specializing in the design, engineering, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation (ME&I) systems. They support a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, purpose-built industrial buildings, data centers, and offshore facilities.

**Job Summary**:
The role of **Commissioning Engineer**, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with project requirements. This includes preparing commissioning strategies, managing test schedules, leading FAT/SAT and site tests, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues. You will also oversee progress reporting, organize test logistics, and ensure smooth handover with complete documentation to operations and maintenance teams.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop commissioning sequences and plans in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to prepare testing scripts for data center equipment and services, and ensure submission to relevant authorities.
- Prepare detailed testing and commissioning schedules, including critical path analysis.
- Work closely with the construction team to align on commissioning needs and achieve project milestones.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to support test equipment setup and site requirements.
- Monitor, track, and ensure commissioning activities are executed according to schedule.
- Maintain and update weekly records of commissioning progress and status.
- Lead weekly commissioning meetings with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and issue weekly commissioning reports and maintain script tracker updates.
- Identify, log, and resolve commissioning issues in coordination with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee and lead FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) with stakeholders.
- Consolidate, validate, and document testing reports on a daily basis.
- Organize logistics for testing (heaters, data loggers, PQA, test PCs, temporary CAC/HAC) to support Heat Load Tests (HLT) and Integrated System Tests (IST).
- Assist the commissioning agent during HLT and IST by coordinating all vendors, suppliers, and contractors.Ensure timely close-out of all testing and commissioning issues and hand over documentation as part of OMM requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data center testing and commissioning or a similar role.
- Knowledge and skills in data center systems and equipment, such as server, storage, network, power, cooling, fire protection and security.Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
