As our AI/ML Architect, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future trajectory of our products. Leveraging deep domain expertise, you'll blend product insights with architectural design and implementation leadership. This pivotal role demands strategic research, adept solutions, and the ability to provide valuable insights to the Product Owner, enabling informed decision-making.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- **AI/ML Landscape Mastery**:Dive deep into cutting-edge research and market trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning, distilling potential business value and assessing suitability for integration into our product portfolio.
- **Strategic Solutioning**:Develop comprehensive AI-powered product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, identifying and prioritizing areas where AI/ML can drive transformative impact.
- **Technical Leadership**:Design, implement, and oversee the architecture of ML/AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- **Team Mentorship**:Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team in deploying AI/ML solutions, facilitating upskilling on best practices, and nurturing a culture of innovation.
- **Insights to Product Owner**:Offer valuable insights to the Product Owner, contributing to informed decision-making regarding product direction, feature prioritization, and strategic alignment.

**Requirements**:

- **Architectural Proficiency**:Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions, with expertise in cloud-based tools (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- **Domain Knowledge**:Strong understanding of the industry landscape and our product ecosystem to pinpoint areas where AI/ML can unlock new value streams.
- **Technical Expertise**:Profound knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and data pipelines.
- **Strategic Vision**:Ability to translate complex business problems into AI/ML solutions, showcasing foresight into the potential impact of technological advancements.
- **Leadership & Communication**:Inspire and motivate the development team, effectively communicate insights to the Product Owner, and champion AI/ML initiatives across the organization.
