**Responsibilities**:
1. **Operational Management**
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for spa operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

2. **Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

3. **Customer Service**
- Ensure exceptional client experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction.

4. **Financial Management**
- Create and manage the annual budget, including revenue projections and expense control.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labour, and overhead costs.
- Generate reports on spa performance and present to upper management.

5. **Marketing and Promotions**
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies to attract new clients.

6. **Health and Safety Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Train staff on hygiene and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.

**Working Conditions**

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Beauty and Wellness Management or relevant discipline is required
- At least 3 years of experience in Spa Management.
- Strong knowledge of sales, treatments, and spa products.
- Detail-oriented with pleasant personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
