**Your role**
- Are you a meticulous individual who is able to multi-task and and a self motivator? Do you have an aptitude to understand business requirements and work with data to present clear end results to stakeholders?
- We're looking for Trust Operations Specialist to:
- perform report generation with analysis and presentation of results for business management, risk management, regulatory and supporting other stakeholders on their data requirements
- maintain and develop efficient and scalable data queries and troubleshoot, as necessary
- manage system-related tasks/UAT projects and work with relevant stakeholders to support business users, improve processes, manage risks and efficiencies.

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the MIS Team in UBS Trustees Singapore.
- The MIS team is responsible for report generation for business and regulatory requirements and managing the trust administration system, NavOne as well as system change, UAT project management.
- The team works closely with various stakeholders locally and with Switzerland to ensure alignment and consistency across the trust companies.

**Your expertise**
- degree in Business, Business IT, Accounting/Finance with IT major or similar disciplines
- at least 3 years' experience in Banking or Financial sector with exposure to technology/data management/reporting (Design, Development or Support)
- good knowledge in Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, Power Query
- some accounting or finance experience will be an advantage
- attention to details, meticulous and with good analytical and communication skills
- work independently and in a team
- ability to prioritize and multi-task under fixed deadlines
