- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source equipment and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and cost optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
