**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and analyze **structural designs** for buildings, infrastructure, and other civil projects, ensuring they meet safety, durability, and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain accurate **3D models** and **construction documentation** in **Revit**, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure design coherence.
- Perform structural calculations, load analyses, and simulations to optimize structural integrity and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct **site inspections** and provide technical support during construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications and identifying potential issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate structural designs with other disciplines, including **MEP** and **architectural teams**.
- Produce detailed drawings, diagrams, and models that clearly communicate the structural aspects of the design to all stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for client and team meetings.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Certification**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma. Higher Nitec, Nitec in **Civil Engineering** or **Structural Engineering**.

**Experience**:

- 1.5+ years of experience in **structural engineering** design and analysis, with significant experience in **Revit** modeling.
- Proven track record in the structural design of buildings or infrastructure projects, including experience with complex structures.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in **Revit** for structural modeling and design documentation, along with familiarity with **AutoCAD** and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000).
- Strong knowledge of **building codes**, **engineering standards**, and structural principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct detailed analyses.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving design and construction challenges.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
