**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
Our client is a developer of next-generation products to provide maximized performance, reliability, and longevity. They are actively looking to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer to join them.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with team members (developers, product manager, customer support and partners) to develop, test and deliver high quality products
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Prevent, collect, analyse, and track product defects
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
- Manage project dependencies and risk mitigation
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Follow up, communicate and collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to understand and resolve technical and quality related issues on time
- Be a frontline support to customers, with providing quality support to regional memory customers
- Assist customers for FA and ensure timely FA schedule and explain FA reports to customers when needed
- Work with customer to carry out business specific quality initiatives i.e. quality audit, etc.
- Regular visits to develop and enhance relationship with customers within the regions
- Organize/setup and participate in Quarterly/weekly/FA discussion meetings with customers
- Provide regular quality reports, issue trackers, meeting minutes to various stakeholders
- Manage customer's field failure rate through 3rd party OSV (on site verification) provider
- Follow up quality issues during qualification and manage PCN (Product Change Notification)

**The Requirements**:

- At least 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance or Customer Support Management in Industrial Electronics or Semiconductor Industry
- Experience in FA/QA in semiconductor or electronics industry (preferable in Memory related products)
- Experiences in follow up failure analysis issues (from self-managing minor problems to co-working on complex issues with different internal teams) will be added advantage
- Have knowledge in project design-in (understanding of customers design flow) will be added advantage
