Singapore DSTA - Defence Science & Technology Agency Full time

**OVERVIEW**:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in the HR outreach team. You will drive the youth outreach programme to generate and promote interest in science and technology for defence. The role will require you to:
- Conceptualise new initiatives and execute them effectively.
- Ensure seamless implementation of programmes designed to increase brand awareness of DSTA.
- Build effective partnership with schools and other agencies within Defence Technology Community.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in outreach and programme management would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT knowledge and skills
- Meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 4 ~ 8 years

**JOB TYPE**:
