[What the role is]

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore’s central bank and integrated financial regulator.

As central bank, MAS promotes sustained, non-inflationary economic growth through the conduct of monetary policy and close macroeconomic surveillance and analysis. It manages Singapore’s exchange rate, official foreign reserves, and liquidity in the banking sector.

[What you will be working on]

**Deputy Director / Assistant Director, Library & Information Services**

Library & Information Services is part of the Enterprise Knowledge Department (EKD), under the Economics & Knowledge Management Group. You will be part of a dynamic team of individuals, who are passionate about transforming information resources in the MAS Library through digital and user-centric ways.

You will play a key role in ensuring that MAS’ knowledge and information assets are effectively harnessed to support MAS’ objectives and functions. This will be achieved through the use of technology to develop platforms, tools and processes within the MAS Library setting. You will be involved in projects to:

- Curate and create digital content for knowledge creation
- Provide greater awareness, improve discovery, and use of MAS Library resources across corporate online platforms including exploration of search tools, as well as in the physical Library

As a member of the MAS Library, you will also be required to meet the information needs of users through
- Provision of reference and research services
- Organising outreach activities including tours and presentations
- Contributing to collection development by recommending relevant resources and managing licence agreements with providers of information resources

[What we are looking for]
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Good interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external communities
- Keen learner who is adaptable and is able to work independently in a dynamic and agile environment
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.

Experience in product management will be an advantage. This includes the ability to define product vision/strategy and translate these into executable deliverables and milestones.
