**Role Overview**
A healthy pipeline is critical for sustainable business success. The Head of Demand Management for Southeast Asia is a senior leader, responsible for driving Demand Management end-to-end, ensuring that sufficient pipeline is generated so that the market unit can achieve its strategic top line ambitions.
The Head of Demand Management owns the Demand Management Framework and its execution across the market unit including key processes such as Demand Discovery, Demand Planning, and Demand Steering. Working closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the Head of Demand Management brings a data-driven, outcome-oriented, innovative approach to the role. Collaborating across functions, the Head of Demand Management sets ambitious demand goals for the organization and devises and executes high-impact demand generation programs to achieve them. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the Head of Demand Management is also part of the regional Demand Management organization in Asia Pacific Japan.
**Key Priorities**
- Owner of the Demand Management Framework (DMF) for the market unit and its processes such as Demand Discovery, Demand Planning, and Demand Steering
- Sets strategic demand generation goals at market unit, country, and solution area level and ensures adequate Demand Planning to realistically achieve them.
- Devises and manages demand generation and demand execution focused flagship programs across the market unit as well as key processes such as Account Planning, DG Summits
- Steers demand execution to ensure contribution across all sources of demand. Drives and creates best practices to enable collaboration and integration across sources and teams.
- Works closely with the Chief Business Officer and other key stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success Partners, Digital Hub, Partner Ecosystem Success, and Revenue Operations to achieve
the demand generation goals.
- Assesses business impact of programs, campaigns, methods, and generates best practices and lessons learnt which can be shared with other teams in the region.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational, business planning, and program / project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of innovative thinking, change agility, and integrity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills given multi-cultural environment.
- Strong team player driving outcomes in a diverse and dynamic organization.
- Strong Business Acumen with a good understanding of our portfolio of solutions
- Experience in Demand Management, Sales, and /or Business Development
**Education and work Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- MBA or equivalent may be advantageous.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development with large, diverse Software / IT organizations
- Proven track record of driving business results
