Machine Setup Technician

Upload and download software and parameters to/from PC, machine and server
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications, drawings or setup sheets
- Perform test runs to verify equipment functionality and product quality
- Calibrate and adjust machine settings for proper operation and quality output
- Ensure all machine components are properly aligned and functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during setup
- Collaborate with Engineering during machine setup
- Support QC as needed during QC buy-off
- Maintain accurate setup records and documentation
- Assist in improvements for setup processes

**Job Requirement**:

- NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or any other equivalent engineering fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation
- Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and grow his/her machine related technical abilities.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of people.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
