Singapore Arena Investors LP Full time

Quaestor Advisors, LLC, an affiliated servicing company for Arena Investors, LP, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Fund Accountant to join its Finance team in Singapore. The Senior Fund Accountant will be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting aspects for the New Zealand (NZ) funds, separately managed accounts, and assist in Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) and its joint ventures, including coordination with Operations, Middle office and Fund Administrator as well as auditors / other service providers in statutory, regulatory and investor reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the monthly close process of the NZ Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, VCC and its joint ventures:

- Work closely with Operations, Middle Office and other stakeholders to co-ordinate NZ fund matters, daily accounting activities and audit matters
- Coordination with Operations in capital call and distribution monitoring for NZ funds and Separately Managed Accounts.
- Timely reconciliation of cash and positions for NZ funds and VCC sub funds.
- Prepare and review management fee calculations, incentive fee calculations, expense reimbursement and capital roll forwards along with reconciliations from investors and the fund administrator.
- Review deal level incentive waterfall allocations and partnership allocations as needed
- Prepare VCC sub-fund investment pricing and NAV allocation
- Prepare and review requisite journal entries.
- Assist in quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statement preparation, yearly audit and tax query handling in coordination with fund administrator and external service provider.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly board packages and provide inputs for NZ funds.
- Assist in maintenance of VCC’s joint venture look through reporting in internal data warehouse and prepare relevant reports to joint venture partners and front office teams as needed
- Assist in ad hoc requests and special projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA preferred.
- Strong accounting knowledge including partnership accounting and investment company guidance.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in audit, fund administration or private fund management.
- Private credit experience and familiarity with various financial instruments across industries.
- Strong excel and data management skills
- Knowledge of Geneva or similar system is a plus
