Regional Finance Business Partner, Finance Strategy

The Regional Finance Business Partner will partner closely with the Ninja Mart business leaders to provide the Head of Finance Business Partner and Senior Management team insights to drive successful outcomes for the business unit through leveraging on financial and non-financial numbers to support business initiatives and influence key business decisions. He / She will also help to drive financial visibility on business performance for the Ninja Mart Business Unit through impactful financial analysis of key drivers on internal and external stakeholders, and influence cross functionally to ensure analysis delivers action.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead financial visibility on operational performance for Ninja Mart (Logs+) through strong financial analysis of key drivers to internal and external stakeholders
- Close collaboration with Regional Controlling and Local Finance teams to maintain accurate and complete commercial and billing data are captured in Ninja Van’s accounting system
- Support new finance related processes and suggest areas to improve existing finance related processes to improve business efficiency in the region
- Develop financial models to provide financial visibility on Ninja Mart’s planned Operations and commercial initiatives, with the objective to support business to make informed decisions
- Drive timely financial analysis of Cost performance through monthly consolidation of Management Accounts (Business Performance) for dedicated NBUs using Financial Accounts (NetSuite)
- Lead to deliver monthly management decks with insights on key delivery and operational trends and drivers, operational efficiency, variance analysis, as well as recommendations for dedicated NBUs
- Initiate improvements in monthly reporting through additional analysis and/or efficient financial reporting processes
- Support Head of Finance Business Partner to suggest areas to improve existing finance related processes to improve business efficiency in the region. E.g. to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting process
- Own and develop financial models for Ninja Mart Operation Initiatives to detail out financial impact of project E.g. incremental cost vs cost savings due to efficiency of initiative to support business’s decision-making process
- Provide historical data and build models to support Business Partner, Head on quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning for all variable cost and fixed cost portion
- Review assumptions and analyse and provide insights on forecasts’ key trends and drivers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Finance / Accounting discipline
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, such as FP&A, Audit, Business Analytics
- ** Technical**:Financial Analysis, Financial Statements Analysis, Pricing & Product Analysis
- ** General**: Adaptability, Communication, Sense Making, Developing People, Problem Solving, Self Management, Teamwork
- The ability to converse in Vietnamese will be a strong added bonus
