**Role Description**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sales and Marketing team, where you will develop marketing strategies for products and services offered by Cycling Bears and also develop and manage client relationships to offer bespoke fitness solutinos to clients.

You will also learn to implement these strategies and work within the luxury fitness industry. If you love fitness and design, and have a passion for sales, this is THE role for you.

**Specific Responsibilities
You will be required to:

- Work as a team to brainstorm, develop and implement marketing plans.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Create new opportunities by implementing though business development to build new client base.
- Manage day-to-day sales, quotations and specific project support.
- Work with designers to design fitness space.
- Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, PR tean & media representatives and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
- Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Monitor and work with logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery of fitness equipment for each project.

**Competencies**
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Fluent in English; other languages an asset.
- Sales driven, ready to undertake a business development challenge.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Customer service oriented and strong communication skills.
- Interest in sports and fitness or interior design

**Duration of Traineeship**
- 6 Months, with intention to convert to full-time employee.

**Approved Training Allowance**
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3,000
