Singapore SOLID M&Z PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordination with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Building M&E Design for ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, PA, Telecom, Lighting, Extra Low Voltage, Lightning Protection and Earthing;
- Coordination with procurement Team for tender quotation and project claims;
- Coordination with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Process Mechanical and Control team for construction shop drawings;
- Coordination works for Building TOP/CSC, O&M Manual / As Built drawings and handover to client;
- Support Project Team for schedule or manpower arrangements;
- Supervise/coordinate installation and testing and commissioning of Building Services packages.
- Develop cost estimates for B&S equipment and B&S works, including of scheduling B&S works.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in water, wastewater, WTE projects.
- Junior position available for fresh graduates.
- Familiar with code of practice and standards in Singapore
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and work overtime to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines.
- Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight.
- Experience in Selection, installation and Commissioning of Building Services equipment.
- Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant and Client.
- Good technical knowledge of Building Services equipment.
- Relevant Building Services engineering experience would be advantageous
