**Job Title: Procurement Manager - Scrap Metal**

**Location**:Tuas

**Job Type**:Full-Time

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals from suppliers. This role involves building and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating prices, and ensuring a consistent supply of materials for the recycling facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and establish relationships with scrap metal suppliers.
- Negotiate purchasing agreements to secure competitive prices and terms.
- Monitor market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage the delivery and transportation of purchased materials.
- Track and manage inventory to ensure a consistent supply for production.
- Develop procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in procurement, particularly in the metal recycling or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and market dynamics.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
