Business Analyst in Singapore

WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM

We look for a new team member to accomplish the following with us:

- Manage the end-to-end processes for accomplishing key business services, from request intake through final delivery.
- Analyze core business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Drive implementation of process improvements to ensure long-term sustainability and efficiency.
- Communicate across internal and external teams to align all stakeholders in meeting and exceeding delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to build meaningful features to remove pain points and accelerate processes.
- Maximize your efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- In summary, you will be managing the end-to-end processes for key business services, and ensuring these are continuously upgraded over time.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG

- At least 2 years of working at relevant positions in Tech company.
- Process management experience, with a track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders across business functions to execute complex projects.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good analytics & consultant skills that help to drive customers into a proper solution.
- Adaptability to handle rapidly-changing requirements and prioritization, and multiple ongoing projects at once.
- A bias toward quick action and proactive communication.
- A background in computer science, software engineering, or other technical fields is required.
- Documentation experience is a plus.
- Good to have: background in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or transportation technologies.
