Intern - Dimq (Distribution In-market Quality)

**Main Responsibilities**

The person is expected to support the DIMQ (Distribution In-Market Quality) team in operational activities, such as:

- Supports to ensure that all products are handled and transported in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory requirements to meet both internal and external customer demands, the product license, Good Distribution Practices (GDPs) and contractual obligations.
- Support the team with the completion of various diverse tasks, incl. update and maintenance of company-internal databases (e.g. external entities oversight), audit tracking dashboards, preparation of monthly and quarterly meetings with Global Freight Forwarders, completion of Change Control requests, etc.
- Coordinate supplier deviation investigations within Transportation Management and Logistics & Distribution with the different stakeholders (e.g. Global Freight Forwarders, Shipping Sites, External Manufacturing, External Quality, Supply Chain Management, In-Market Quality etc.)
- Drafting of SOPs, slides, metrics etc
- Interaction internally with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, Product Handling, Regulatory, In-Market Quality etc. and liaison with external providers (e.g. Freight forwarder, Distributors, warehousing).
