**Requirements**:

- At least 2-year experience in Banking, Financial or Quality Assurance
- Have Relevant experience as Process SME in handling end to end process.
- Have ability to highlight process gaps and suggest improvements in making the process efficient.
- Have interpersonal skills to manage peer, & other stakeholders in multi geographies within APAC
- Comfortable using a disciplined development methodology and adhering to development best practices, standards, and procedures.
- Self-starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, follow-through, flexibility, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Expert in Microsoft Office (and/or other analytical software)
- Strong writing, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Able to take high level information and drill down to detail level that can be shared and communicated to various audience levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; and flexible

**What you can expect**:
As Inline Quality Assurance Advisor, you will work as part of a team to ensure that Inline Quality Assurance checks are conducted to ensure all documentations and required product setups are carried out properly.

What you will do
- Manage the Inline Quality Assurance activities for APAC region.
- Work with country managers and implementation team to address setup issues.
- Work on Workflow tools testing and recommend enhancement to improve the end-to-end process.
- Carry out Inline Quality Assurance on documentation and product setup.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Update procedures to ensure that they are accurately documented.

**Employment type**: Fixed term - 6 months.
